Prior Service?

Get back in the game

Finish what you started.

Miss being a member of a team. Camaraderie is in the Nevada Army National Guard

Medical Insurance

The National Guard provides low cost medical insurance for you and your family. For less than $200 a month, your family of unlimited dependents can be covered.

Active Guard Reserve

Want to serve full-time again? AGR's have the same pay and benefits as our Active Duty counterparts. Benefits like Active Duty pay, retirement, health care, BAH/BAS, and much more.

Change your Career

Keep your current occupation or receive training for a new career. In most cases you will keep your current pay grade.

Transfer your Post 9/11 GI Bill

Use your time in the National Guard to transfer your education benefits to your dependents if you missed the option while on Active Duty. Take advantage of Oregon's 100% paid college tuition if you want to return to school.

What are you waiting for?

Additional Information

You already know the unmatched pride that comes from serving your country. The National Guard makes it easy for you to continue serving while receiving valuable benefits and increased flexibility in many aspects of your life. Serve part-time, and choose your life path now. Decide where you want to live, what your civilian career will look like and more.

Your skills and experience from any branch of service may transfer to the Guard.
